Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is a leading prepaid wireless provider that offers affordable and flexible plans to customers across the US. We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our prepaid wireless team and help us grow our brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining the target audience and buyer persona for Boost Mobile’s brand and premium streaming service add-ons- informed by primary & secondary research, behavioral data, and competition

  • Assist in owning Positioning & Messaging for Boost Mobile’s Brand (naming, key RTBs, key visual assets), defended rigorously by data & insights (partnering with the Consumer Insights team)

  • Develop thoughtful, detailed briefs (often in collaboration with cross-functional partners) and lead tactical execution of marketing campaigns for Boost Mobile

  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional stakeholders across retail merchandising, paid media, product, e-commerce, PR, and creative to develop go-to-market strategy plans and execute launches of new campaigns for prospects and customers

  • Partner with creative agencies to craft brilliant & hard working communications that drive business results

  • Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders from concept to completion

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or combination of education and relevant work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Brand marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal skills for a highly cross-functional role

  • With strong analytical skills, you will constantly need to parse diverse data sets to reach insights and drive business action

  • Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Consultant experience

  • Track record of assisting in building (new) brands and managing campaigns and product launches

  • Experience building business cases for new campaigns, sponsorships, and partner marketing programs

  • Understanding of campaign measurement and underlying metrics, able to speak the language of channel owners and marketing analytics to iterate to success

  • Being able to speak both English and Spanish fluently is a huge plus

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,200.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
