AKM Consultants Inc Administrative Project Associate in Littleton, Colorado
Position Description: AKM Consultants, Inc. seeks a full-time Administrative Project Associate for our fast-paced forensic engineering/architectural consulting office.
AKM will train for this position, however Applicants should have the following required Foundational Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong writing comprehension, including grammar and proofreading Possess strong critical thought and high attention to detail Solid understanding of MS Windows and MS Office Suite applications Ability to work in a professional team-oriented fast-paced office environment Ability to work well under pressure within time constraints with minimal supervision
Other Position Requirements: Must have ability to reliably commute for in-office schedule of 8-5, M-F. Position is NOT remote. High school diploma or equivalent English speaking in professional manner
Preferred Experience (not required): Administrative Assistant: 3 years Writing/Editing Skills: 1 year Engineering/Construction Industry: 1 year Construction Law: 1 year
Some duties of AKM's Administrative Project Associate role will include: Perform, maintain and track project related tasks as required Assist field personnel with preparation and organization of documents needed for field use Track, organize and maintain field data collected per project timelines and demands Research applicable building codes, industry standards, manufacturer product material specifications and building department records Tracking of all project documents and coordination of timely review by project team Work with project lead in preparation of written opinion reports based on investigation performed Willing to provide cross-support with other office staff as needed Other administrative office duties, such as but not limited to filing, scanning, archiving, data entry, answering phones, etc.
