Insight Global Sr. Product Owner (Pre-ID) in Little Rock, Arkansas
Job Description
As the Senior SAFe Product Owner you will oversee 4 Agile Release Train (ART) systems teams for the delivery of DevOps/CICD solutions and aligning team backlogs with the needs of customers and stakeholders. You will also function as part of the Product Management team by serving as the teams primary liaison between business and technology teams and leading monthly PI planning events. Additionally, they will provide technical direction and guidance to less experienced SAFe Product Managers, support the implementation of architectural runway and work with the system architect and engineers.

Skills and Requirements
SAFe Agilist (SA) OR SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification required
Bachelors degree in Technical or Business related field
Minimum of 5 years experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Project Manager
Prior experience in DevOps space building out CICD pipelines and understanding of automation builds, testing, and deployments
Experience with Change Management: Understanding of market rhythms, events, opportunities, threats, and changing regulations.
Self-motivation, visionary thinker with strong analytical skills - SAFe POPM certification
DevSecOps experience
Technical leadership experience null
