About the position: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple platforms. What youll do:
- Effectively plan and execute a wide range of digital marketing campaigns/tactics from beginning to end, including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content development and website management
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Manage CRM projects, collaborating with client-facing teams
- Conduct, analyze, and report market research
- Collect, analyze, and report departmental ROI from all social platforms, ads, and Google Analytics, and ClickUp

You should have:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related area of study
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in measuring marketing metrics
- Proficiency in marketing communication analytics and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with Wordpress
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Googls Ads
- Preferred experience in data-based visualization platforms (Power BI, Google Looker Studio)
- Working knowledge of social platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Preferred, but not required proficiency in Salesforce and ClickUp
