About the position: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple platforms. Youre a curious and analytical person at heart who loves solving problems and learning as technology is ever evolving. What youll do:

  • Effectively plan and execute a wide range of digital marketing campaigns/tactics from beginning to end, including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, content development and website management
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Manage CRM projects, collaborating with client-facing teams
  • Conduct, analyze, and report market research
  • Collect, analyze, and report departmental ROI from all social platforms, ads, and Google Analytics, and ClickUp

You should have:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related area of study

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in measuring marketing metrics
  • Proficiency in marketing communication analytics and reporting, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Wordpress
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Googls Ads
  • Preferred experience in data-based visualization platforms (Power BI, Google Looker Studio)
  • Working knowledge of social platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Preferred, but not required proficiency in Salesforce and ClickUp
