Job Title: DevOps Engineer with Oracle Expertise
We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Oracle database management and be able to integrate those skills within a Linux environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development and IT teams to enhance the continuous delivery pipeline.
Manage and optimize Oracle databases, focusing on query tuning and data normalization.
Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and efficiency in operations.
Implement and support Oracle Views, sequences, and manage data tables across multiple nodes.
Utilize XML for efficient data interchange and application integration.
Define and implement services, including Oracle User Forms for application enhancement.
Oversee asset management processes ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Ensure compliance with SOX security standards, safeguarding system integrity.
Create and manage technical diagrams such as UML, Sequence, and Object diagrams to support projects.
Develop, implement, and troubleshoot PLSQL code, including functions and triggers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Oracle databases in a DevOps environment.
Proficiency in shell scripting and familiarity with XML.
Experience in service definition and Oracle User Forms.
Strong understanding of asset management practices and SOX compliance.
Ability to create and interpret technical diagrams using UML.
Expertise in PLSQL development, including functions and triggers.
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
