The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team, you manage the development of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling, prompt engineering, and iterative development with clients. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You also mentor the next generation of leaders, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together, and actively collaborate across the PwC Network to enhance client satisfaction.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree preferred
Managing development teams in AI and GenAI solutions
Designing AI/GenAI architectures for plugin-based solutions
Leading global data and analytics teams
Facilitating executive level presentations on GenAI solutions
Managing GenAI application development teams
Using Python and common LLM development frameworks
Exhibiting experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms
Possessing experience with Git Version Control and CI/CD

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
