Position Overview: As a Technical Training Specialist, you will partner with the Operations & Training teams on various training development projects. This role is responsible for coordinating site training initiatives and objectives, including hourly and salaried workforce training; focused on reducing downtime, increasing efficiency and increasing employee competencies. The Technical Training Specialist will be serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for the area in which they are assigned. Maintaining a current understanding of equipment, procedures and process will be critical to the success of this role. As a member of the training team this role will require the ability to maintain, edit and review training documentation, audit department procedure and training materials, and validate understanding of training materials. Responsibilities: Serving as a subject matter expert, this role will serve as a resource for operations employees, fostering excellence in manufacturing operations. Conduct on-the-job training related to area\'s core functional operations to ensure employee is competent to perform their assigned tasks.
