Job Title: 1st Shift - Cable Assembly

Job Description

We're looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Cable Assemblers for the 1st shift (M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM). The chosen candidates will be a part of a global team involved in the live events and permanent installation industries, mainly focusing on the manufacturing of speakers, audio equipment, wires, and related live performance products. As a Cable Assembler, you will work in a climate-controlled room assembling small wire components using various hand tools. You'll have the opportunity to work on different-sized wires and terminals, with each assembly being unique. Diagrams will be provided to aid in the assembly process. The role will require sufficient hand strength for tasks such as pulling thicker cables and tightening screw terminals to approximately 130 ft-lbs. This is a team-based role where you will work alongside five other assemblers and have the flexibility to stand or sit to complete assembly tasks.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The Cable Assembly department offers a climate-controlled, clean and comfortable work environment. Assemblers work side by side, seated at booths to complete the assembly tasks. The dress code is casual, with jeans permitted, but closed-toed shoes are required (steel toes not required). If you are reliable, have a positive attitude, and eager to learn, we are ready to teach and train you in all necessary skills.
