Robert Half's HR Solutions team is partnered with a client in the Lithonia, GA area seeking an HR Manager to join their team! The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As a true HR Generalist, the HR Manager will support all aspects of human resources, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to HR functions while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other HR-related issues.
Develop and oversee performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Ensure legal compliance with all local, state, and federal labor regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compensation programs.
Foster a positive work culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on workforce trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a mid-sized company.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of HR Compliance and related legal issues
• Ability to develop and implement HR Policies
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Skilled in conducting New Employee Orientation
• Expertise in Onboarding new hires effectively
• Proven track record in Performance Management
• Experience in Personnel File Maintenance
• Ability to create and enforce Policies & Procedures
• Proficient in Recruiting and talent acquisition
• Experience handling Termination processes
• Exceptional Time Management skills
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation procedures
• Ability to perform Workforce Analysis to inform HR strategy.
