Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist II in Kennesaw, Georgia. This role plays a crucial part in our team by managing administrative tasks, executing strategic planning, and policy management to enhance company productivity and improve business results.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and resolving work-related problems by acting as a bridge between management and employees.
• Implementing legal policies and procedures related to recruitment practices, ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
• Providing advice to managers on organizational policy matters such as sexual harassment and equal employment opportunity.
• Conducting orientation for new team members and planning for smooth integration.
• Assisting HR manager in collecting necessary documents and paperwork for dispute resolution and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Handling employee benefits, recruitment, and interviewing processes.
• Utilizing computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
• Maintaining and improving performance through strategic planning and productivity measures.
• Offering customer service and utilizing interpersonal skills to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Ensuring accurate maintenance of benefit and pay-scale systems
Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong capability in Planning

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
