Insight Global EHS Coordinator / EHS Business Analyst in Lithia Springs, Georgia
Job Description
Data Analysis and Visualization:
o Analyze EHS data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
o Create graphs, charts, and other visual representations of EHS data using Google-approved tools.
o Prepare clear and concise narratives based on data analysis.
o Conceptualize dashboards and/or reports that could add value in tracking key EHS metrics.
Presentation Development:
o Create quality presentations for director-level audiences.
o Ensure presentations are visually appealing, informative, and persuasive.
Administrative Support:
o Weekly progress and check-in meetings with EHS stakeholder(s)
o Organize and maintain electronic documents
o Support document management for the EHS Operations and Project Management teams
o Provide general administrative support as needed.
Deliverables
The Vendor will deliver the following:
Weekly and monthly slides/presentations for delivery to directors and VP stakeholders.
Data trends and analyses to inform operational decision making.
Recommendations for dashboard and report improvements.
Organized and accessible data and documents.
- Qualifications
The Vendor must possess the following qualifications:
Excellent communication skills; be able to use data to tell a compelling story.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience producing creative and high-quality presentations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of App Sheets is preferred.
