International Program Management Analyst in Lisle, Illinois
Position Overview
The Program Management Office is seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our team at International. In this role, you will create, develop, and manage detailed program plans in Microsoft Project. This position reports directly to the Manager, Program Timing and Governance. In this role, you will learn the systems, processes, and structure of International’s product development process. Team members who have excelled in this role have progressed to take on additional responsibilities as Program Managers. A key element of this role is managing multiple in-flight program plans, reading across each of them and looking for synergies, risks, and actively managing critical paths to support Program Managers.
Responsibilities
• Lead program planning initiatives within a cross functional program team to establish tasks, duration, dependencies, constraints, and ownership for each task following a work breakdown structure• Proactively manage and maintain timing plans by verifying tasks are on track and committed dates are met, or recovery plans are in place• Create timing presentations to communicate overall timing and critical path• Highlight program plan concerns to Program Managers and Leadership• Present program timing status and near-term tasks at team meetings• Lead timing exercises to identify impacts based on scope changes• Provide support to other functions to develop their detailed plans
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
- Master’s degree
OR
- At least 4 years of technical project/program management experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Previous internships or work experience is a plus

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Experience developing program plans in Microsoft Project
PMP certification
Demonstrated success working under time pressure / ambiguous conditions
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution
Experience coordinating work performed by different organizations into critical path
High sense of urgency
Experience with vehicle features/systems
Experience with manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, etc.)
