Navistar, Inc. Product Marketing Manager - Private Label Purchasing Card in Lisle, Illinois

Position Overview

Navistar Parts Retail Enablement Team is hiring for a Product Marketing Manager to oversee the product vision for our private label parts and services purchasing card program, Fleet Charge.

As the longest running card program of its type in the trucking industry, Fleet Charge has a rich history of enabling a VIP customer experience across our independently owned and operated International Truck and IC Bus dealer network and is a key enabler of retail data insights for the Navistar organization. As such, this person will also play a pivotal role in understanding the customer experience and establishing strategies and the dealer integration roadmap.

This position has significant scope and opportunity to launch/grow new partnerships that will serve to support Navistar’s future growth across parts, maintenance, and service solutions, which will in turn deliver outsized value to our customers and shareholders.

This position reports into the Director, Retail Enablement and is based in Lisle, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for the project management, business development and credit risk of the Fleet Charge program to maximize performance.

  • Collaborate with sales and dealer network in identifying growth programs / opportunities and provide appropriate training and material support.

  • Act as primary point of contact and business partner with third-party processor. Provide vision, drive accountability and compliance with contractual obligations with a collaborative, growth-mindset.

  • Assess, provide business recommendation and project manage long-term program vision and development, which may include interaction with consultants, IT, product, pricing, sales and digital transformation.

  • Explore new growth opportunities and develop business cases for proposed solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 10 years of project/program management experience

  • At least 4 years of management experience

    OR

  • Master’s degree

  • At least 8 years of project/program management experience

  • At least 4 years of management experience

    OR

  • At least 12 years of project/program management experience

  • At least 4 years of management experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
