Planning and executing a variety of methodologies in the overall project development of Oracle Applications and designing database schemas, using SQL queries, Oracle databases, database objects, Oracle Cloud Environment, and unit testing; Using Oracle EDM for the project plan, Visio for the business process and flows, SharePoint for the housing and sharing of project deliverable documents, JIRA for documenting Action/Issue/Decision & Risk Items with different segregations; Researching, planning and developing project strategies; Gathering and Analyzing the requirements as captured in the statement of work; Coordinating with business subject matter experts as well as others within the technology team to ensure strong alignment between the business requirements/needs and the application solutions/services; Creating high level design and configuration documents for the business requirements including configurations, conversions, interfaces and workflows; Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements; Providing Oracle ERP configuration expertise for all Oracle Fusion Supply Chain related functionality to client department business processes; Developing Preliminary Process flows with User input and make effective changes through collaborative efforts from working and Client Teams to get a desired end result; Performing the fit-gap analysis in the implementation by leveraging EDM template and methodology to determine the appropriate fit of business requirements against the proposed Oracle ERP system and also to build a document that generates the results to provide it as a deliverable to client; Reviewing test plans and test scripts for various business areas to ensure that all scenarios are covered; Overseeing all aspects of testing, including establishing metrics, resources planning, bug tracking and issue assignment using JIRA for system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing; Training end users by conducting workshops and training sessions so that users can effectively use the newly implemented business systems to perform their day-to-day operations; Developing Service Components, fixing all gaps, building Product that meets Client Expectations; and documenting and resolving any bugs. Requirements: Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business or Engineering and three months experience in position or three months experience in IT or Business Analysis field; and experience with designing database schemas, SQL queries, Oracle databases, database objects, Oracle Cloud Environment, and unit testing.
