Join Us as a Aftermarket Parts Pricing Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Aftermarket Parts Pricing team for a 12-week project focused on reducing complexity within our product offerings. This project aims to identify the areas of opportunity to reduce the number of price levels and channel options in our offerings to make ordering simpler for our dealers. Additionally the role will support some of our daily pricing operations to provide first hand experience of tactical and strategic pricing methodology.
About the Intern Program
12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd
40 hours per week
Must graduate between December 2025 - May 2027
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders in Pricing, Product Management, Sales, and Retail Enablement teams to identify candidate products for complexity reduction
Develop recommendations and present to Aftermarket leadership to obtain approval
Collaborate with the various teams to implement the complexity reduction
Contribute to daily pricing activities
Participate in strategic positioning reviews
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prior experience or coursework in pricing, market research, or data analysis is a plus
At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application
Able to work at least 12 weeks (starting the end of May or early June through August)
Previous applicable internships
Self-starter

We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job.
The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our campus intern openings is $24 - $38/hour. The hourly pay rate is based on year in school and is non-negotiable.
