What you will do

You, as our Senior Associate Business Analysis & Info, will support the delivery of day-to-day D&A activities and manage ACCP CD&A team projects. You will also be responsible for initiating and tracking the execution of market research activities in the region you’ll support:

  • Manage ACCP CD&A projects using project management methodology depending on the need (Agile, Waterfall, etc. )

  • Keep track of all project deadlines, deliverables and resources and provide regular updates of the progress and status to the management.

  • In collaboration with the affiliate teams define the need of market research projects.

  • Define deliverables, timelines, etc. for each market research project.

  • Support the process of design, methodology, questionnaires and serve as liaison between the market research vendors (local or global) and the stakeholders in Amgen affiliates.

  • Ensure the internal market research SOP and other policies are followed and the market research projects are conducted in compliant way.

  • Ensure that all market research project in the region are properly in Amgen internal marker research tracking system.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the ACCP BAI team to deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis depending on the needs.

  • Support other ACCP BAI team members with their daily tasks as needed (based on capacity).

  • Collaborate with the broader CD&A organization to integrate comprehensive insights and analytics.

What we expect of you

Our ideal candidate is a team player with customer focus. He/she is problem solving and result oriented and has time and process management skills and can compile data.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree in commerce, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.

  • 3+ years working with market research

  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical market

  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools/business intelligence tools

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA)

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in commerce, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.

  • PMI certification

  • 3+ years in relevant positions in the pharmaceutical industry or related field (consultancy included)

  • Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.

  • Clearly explains processes and procedures.
