Join our Immunology team as a Product Manager, based in Lisbon, where you’ll lead critical initiatives that craft brand success and improve patient outcomes. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to develop your expertise in marketing strategy, customer engagement, and leadership within a multifaceted and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and implement brand campaigns, core projects, and promotional events.

  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Lead local implementation of segmentation, targeting, and marketing mix strategies.

  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Design and implement innovative initiatives to meet customer needs.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and manage customer relationships, delivering targeted engagement plans.

  • Product Launch Excellence: Ensure efficient launches and optimize brand positioning aligned with regional strategies.

  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze market data to identify strategic opportunities and realign product strategies.

  • Operational and Financial Management: Coordinate stock management, budget planning, and brand performance metrics. Responsible for product forecasting and update with market insights incorporation.

  • Cross-Functional and Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams, share standard methodologies, and address local challenges affecting the EMEA Brand Value Plan.

  • Engage in peer-to-peer conversations to strengthen relationships.

  • Perform related tasks as advised by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospital pharmaceutical industry in sales or marketing roles; field experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in the immunology therapeutic area is an advantage. Understanding of local hospital market & dynamics is required.

  • University degree is required. An advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical fields is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers.

  • Shown ability to lead & inspire by influence within cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps, address root causes, and develop innovative solutions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a proactive demeanor.

  • Fluency in English is required

  • This position requires a minimum of local/ international travel
