We are looking for motivated interns to join our Customer Service - Order to Cash - Department !!!
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be involved in several tasks of the Department and understand the issues and opportunities to improve on a daily basis. You will also interact with multiple Departments within the company, namely Logistics, Sales, Category Management and Back-Office Teams based in India.
Main responsibilities:
Elaborate and share on a daily basis the Out of Stocks Report, with the respective causes and the next delivery dates.
Post in SAP the root cause analysis of the out of Stocks on a daily basis.
Perform out of stock analysis for some customers and share the outcome with said customers.
Generate Delivery Notes in SAP.
Manage a group of customers to understand the process “End to End” (from the order entry in SAP until the delivery to the customer).
Collaborate with Customer Service Finance in some of the tasks:
Send the payment details to the Back-Office Team and update the Customer ledger account in SAP.
Direct Debit letter preparation for sending to Mdlz customers.
Request from Mdlz customers unidentified debit notes and update the corresponding information in
You might be the one we are looking for if…
You are a student/ recent graduate of Distribution and Logistics Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics and Management or Engineering.
You are recognized for your teamwork and collaboration, positive attitude, willingness to learn, deadline accomplishments and manage a correct priority setting. You should also have a strong work ethic, analytical skills and critical thinking.
You have a good Excel knowledge (several formulas, such as vlookup; pivot tables with filters).
You have already completed an internship in which you have worked with SAP (preferable, but not mandatory).
You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level in English.
