Job Overview and Responsibilities

Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

The incumbent will deliver HR service quality and performance according to the service catalog:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor the satisfaction of the whole HR Service Line and Operations with a special attention to the interconnections between the various HR teams and with the main partners.

  • Participate in the annual target settings in terms of KPI/OPI in line with the ambition for standardization, automation and compliance.

  • Organize and manage a monthly/quarterly performance review for the Provisioning Service Unit to check performance, issues and corrective plans.

  • Monitor KPIs evolution and progress and to provide alerts in case of deviation.

  • Propose action and ensure a global follow up for performance improvement plans.

  • Build and contribute to standard report to reinforce performance and compliance.

  • Inform the internal customers and other stakeholders regularly about the performance of the services delivered.

  • Coordinate actions on complaints across several HR Fields

  • Collaborating, scrutinizing, and enhancing, through continuous improvement, processes and tools managed by HR Service Line

  • To be an active participant and cooperate with different stakeholders to support Global Business Services and lead projects, as required as needed.

  • Have a presence and be able to impact and influence at all levels of the business in an assertive way.

  • Compliance

  • Monitor and control internal or external audit and control results based on standard reports, dashboard, reliable controls and alerts to drive compliance quality.

  • Implement improvement compliance performance initiatives when required linked to HR strategy and driving value generation.

  • Propose and promote procedure improvements to service manager and team leaders.

Education and Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (but not critical).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR process and monitoring KPIs dashboard and HR IT Process tools (SAP, BW, etc)

  • Experience working in an HR role for multi-country, regional or global scope.

  • Experience on support, training, and promotion actions around.

  • Experience in the areas of customer service, process management & optimization is also helpful.

  • Experience in dealing with different and demanding stakeholders, with problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude.

Must-have skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and trainings.

  • Process optimisation, Agile and Problem solving - with a Performance management focus.

  • Advanced in Excel is a plus.

Must-have language skills
