The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, Security Solutions, and data-driven information and risk management services.
The Insights and Enablement team is a global team focused on ensuring that all of Services can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. The team is charged with managing and adapting the policies, processes and platforms used across Services.
The Director of Revenue Systems Operations will lead strategic revenue platform projects to improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the operational systems managed by the I&E System Operations team. Support to include the execution of adoption campaigns, implementation of data improvement efforts, reporting, testing updates and training initiatives. The systems to include Order Management (Custom Salesforce.com app), Certinia PSA and other integrated systems supporting Revenue, Billing and Financials such as Oracle, CSG Systems, and CPQ.
Role
• Lead and drive technology initiatives and product ownership of our current tech stack that support Revenue Operations.
• Ensure adoption, usability, and best practice development are incorporating partnering with the Business and Technology stakeholders that both use and maintain these systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues, concerns that are impacting proper recognition of revenue or billing and ensure proper governance structure to manage regularly.
• Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits
• Lead platform maintenance initiatives and enhancements as defined in the operations roadmap for integrations and system improvements building technical requirements based on business needs
All About You
• BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education
• Exhibits strong strategic leadership in the area of Revenue systems operations producing positive business impact
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes and tools
• Demonstrates ability to lead projects related to CRM, ERP and other operational systems (Oracle, Salesforce.com, Billing, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Advanced software skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Access and Visio a plus
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Detailed driven and results oriented
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Keen analytical and proven problem-solving skills
