About the role

  • Our Data Insights team, composed of 9 people, is integrated into the Data Analytics & AI department and focuses on building data solutions in collaboration with the business.

  • As a Data Visualization Expert, you will work on designing visualizations, developing dashboards, and creating reports to support data-driven decision-making. You will get the opportunity to contribute to innovative data solutions and positively impact business outcomes.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and user needs.

  • Applying UX/UI design principles to enhance the usability and accessibility of data visualizations.

  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs.

  • Staying current with trends and advancements in data visualization, UX/UI design, and digital technologies.

  • We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.

About You

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Computer Science.

  • Relevant work experience in data visualization or digital design.

  • Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense

  • Expertise in developing dashboards, reports, and interactive interfaces

  • Behaviors:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Curiosity and passion for data-related topics

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 45,000€ to 55,000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
