About the role
Our Data Insights team, composed of 9 people, is integrated into the Data Analytics & AI department and focuses on building data solutions in collaboration with the business.
As a Data Visualization Expert, you will work on designing visualizations, developing dashboards, and creating reports to support data-driven decision-making. You will get the opportunity to contribute to innovative data solutions and positively impact business outcomes.
You will be accountable for:
Designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and user needs.
Applying UX/UI design principles to enhance the usability and accessibility of data visualizations.
Conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs.
Staying current with trends and advancements in data visualization, UX/UI design, and digital technologies.
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About You
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Computer Science.
Relevant work experience in data visualization or digital design.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense
Expertise in developing dashboards, reports, and interactive interfaces
Behaviors:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Curiosity and passion for data-related topics
About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 45,000€ to 55,000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
