Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Analytics Solution Architect to support our analytics team and clients by providing technical expertise and solutions. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient and accurate implementation of solutions, conducting quality assurance processes, and mentoring team members to enhance their technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Analytics Features:
Configure and implement web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics), app analytics (Firebase Analytics, Appsflyer)
Utilise tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Tealium or similar) for analytics implementation, event tracking, debugging and data layer integration.
Use industry-standard best practices to implement first-party data solutions such as Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions and Conversion APIs.
Comfortable consulting and implementing Server Side Google Tag Manager
Solution Implementation:
- Define and implement tracking solutions across analytics and marketing platforms to ensure cohesive user journey tracking.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot analytics implementations using tools such as Chrome Tools, Charles, and Google Tag Manager for debugging.
Conduct QA processes to ensure accurate data capture and reporting, using debugging techniques and tools.
Proactive Project Engagement:
- Develop tracking plans, define KPIs, and ensure proper analytics tool implementation across websites and apps.
Project Management and Quality Assurance:
- Meet project timelines and conduct thorough QA checks for event tracking, data accuracy, and conversion pixels.
Client Support and Education:
- Educate clients on using analytics tools and interpreting reports in platforms like GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
Technical Mentorship:
- Mentor team members in setting up and utilising analytics tools, including custom events, funnels, and conversion tracking
Documentation and Design:
- Document analytics implementations, tracking strategies, event schemas, data layer specifications, and custom dimensions/metrics related to individual client projects and deliverables
Development of Analytics Roadmaps:
Create strategic analytics roadmaps, outlining implementation phases, measurement frameworks, and future enhancements.
Lead on developing relationships with clients and understanding their business needs.
Collaboration with Commercial Teams and Consultants:
- Work with commercial teams and consultants, providing technical expertise to integrate and optimize analytics solutions for clients.
Place within the Organisation
Reports to the Analytics Operational Lead in the Analytics Team from the United Kingdom
Works with the global Ops team, international Analytics teams, local and global Commercial teams, and global Consultants (local and international).
Requirements:
4-7 years of analytics or technical solutions experience.
Analytics Tools and Platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. These skills are crucial for developing, implementing, and managing analytics solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is considered a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms can enhance the ability to manage and analyze large datasets, leverage cloud-based analytics solutions, and optimize data storage and processing for clients.
