Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies.

The Role

As a Flex Benefits Analyst, you will have a key role in this growing team delivering our new flex benefits technology. Working beside senior consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills related to Flex and Health & Risk employee benefits. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your ability to analyze data, support in drawing conclusions and presenting results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented person with excellent Excel skills to join our team as a flexible benefits analyst. You will join a team with colleagues that will support you and help you grow.

In this role, a big part of your time will be spent working with:

  • Our new flex benefits online tool, that requires parametrization and content development

  • Creation and management of complex Excel spreadsheets

  • Preparation of client presentations for senior colleagues

  • Provides ongoing admin through monthly reporting activities and help to resolve employee queries

Requirements:

  • Good excel and power point knowledge

  • Detail oriented and multi-tasking

  • Good spoken and written English level

  • Ability to work with technology is required

  • Works well with others and contributes to a supportive environment

  • Good understanding of data management and admin process
