Dynatrace Senior Program Manager/Team Lead (m/f/x)- Certifications and Audits in Linz, Australia

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Lead and build a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls and drives governance, risk and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.

  • Driving project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications.

  • Tracking and monitoring by utilizing project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Improving and documenting the workflows and processes for the certification and audit team.

  • Planning meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into this process.

  • Driving the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time.

  • Being main contact person for internal and external auditors and the Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders.

What will help you succeed

  • You have 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects, ideally within a global SaaS vendor.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in the area of GRC (governance, risk and compliance).

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a team lead.

  • You are a hands-on team player with outstanding communication skills, including reaching and motivating stakeholders across the whole enterprise.

  • You can motivate and inspire a team, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively.

  • You are a proactive and open person always seeking to improve and finding creative solutions.

  • You have an interest in technology, security, and privacy.

  • You have fluent English skills.

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
