We are looking for you to join our team as a Data Management Analyst / Principal Data Management Analyst based out of Baltimore, MD and will require 100% on-site work.
What You’ll get to Do:
As an integral part of our Data Management team you will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive Data Management (DM) process on programs, in accordance with established Northrop Grumman Mission Systems DM practices and customer requirements; This involves the management of program generated work products.
Program contract review in order to determine documentation requirements for each work product and phase of the project.
Establish, maintain, and implement standard practices for Data Management to ensure on-time delivery of contractual data items.
Provide the scheduling, communication of customer data requirements, quality reviews, data status reporting, electronic/non-electronic data delivery, and archiving of Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) items (work products).
Responsible for coordinating the flow down of CDRL/work product requirements and/or management of receipt of work products to the subcontract supplier through preparation of Subcontractor Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs).
Working in Microsoft Office suite and learning new tools pertaining to the job function.
This requisition may be filled as a Data Management Analyst or a Principal Data Management Analyst.
This position is contingent upon contract award, the successful transfer of an active DoD Top Secret Clearance and approval of Special Program Access prior to start.
Basic Qualifications for Data Management Analyst:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a Master’s Degree with 0 years of experience in Data Management or other related disciplines (Business Administration, Business Management etc.); an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
U.S Citizenship is required.
A current/active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to start.
Knowledge/experience of program contract review in order to determine documentation requirements for each work product and phase of the project.
Strong organizational and detail orientation skills
Effective presentation and computer skills
Strong knowledge and experience of the Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) process and procedures are required for this position.

Advanced degrees in Data Management or other related disciplines (Business Administration, Business Management etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
Experience with SharePoint Administration.

Salary Range: $70,600 - $105,800
Salary Range 2: $87,000 - $130,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
