Amentum Business Process Engineer – with TS/SCI Poly in Linthicum, Maryland

Amentum is seeking a Business Process Engineer for a prime contract in a fast-paced environment and sometimes involves deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers. Our program includes easily available process information and support from others with similar positions across the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects

  • Assists the Government with transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives

  • Performs activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements

  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer

  • Serves as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise- wide integration of reengineering efforts

Requirements:

  • Experience applying business process engineering principles.

Clearance Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • Ten (10) years of process engineering experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering may be substituted for four (4) years of experience

The base salary range for this position is $190 to $200. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
