Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a D2D Trainer . Reporting to Design Services Lead , this professional will be responsible for supporting the enhancement of operational effectiveness of D2D Services by delivering comprehensive training and support on D2D tools and processes to internal D2D Services teams. The D2D trainer acts as main point of contact for new members training needs, managing requests, providing hypercare support post-training and reporting to supervisors on training activities and outcomes. The role also supports newly engaged business partners by conducting service line deep dives to be shared with D2D Services leads for further business proposal development and provides onboarding support in D2D Services ways of working to begin service delivery. Additionally, the D2D Trainer ensures service quality through routine audits and focuses on capability building within D2D services teams. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, the D2D Trainer contributes to the success of quality service delivery within IBS Design Services and adoption of D2D process as a key driver for achievement of Design Excellence at Nestlé.

A day in the life of...

D2D Training and Onboarding:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on D2D Workflow and Label Info tools for new team members across all NBS Centers.

• Update and create training materials as needed, utilizing resources that facilitate effective learning.

• Ensure new team members understand D2D processes and tools, and assess their readiness to start service delivery in compliance with D2D standards.

Managing Training Requests and Scheduling:

• Serve as the main point of contact for training needs across all NBS Centers.

• Manage incoming training requests and prioritize them based on urgency and relevance.

• Schedule training sessions and track statistics, including attendees, questions raised, and session effectiveness, delivering training reports to D2D Service leads.

Hypercare D2D Support:

• Provide ongoing support to teams after initial training to address queries and clarify doubts.

• Monitor the performance of newly trained teams and offer additional assistance as needed to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Service Quality Tracking:

• Perform routine and ad hoc audits to ensure processes and tools are adopted by D2D and Label Info coordinators in compliance with D2D standards.

• Identify and escalate existing gaps to D2D leads.

Support for New Business Partner Engagements:

• Assist D2D service leads with new business partner engagements by conducting deep dive sessions to understand business needs and required services.

• Gather service requirements from new business partners and share them with D2D Service leads to facilitate the preparation of service proposals.

New Business/Partner Onboarding:

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new business partners, outlining the D2D services provided by IBS and the D2D support framework.

• Guide new business partners on operational processes and ways of working with D2D Services teams.

Capability Building:

• Design and implement capability-building initiatives for D2D and Label Info coordinators related to D2D tools and processes.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within internal D2D services teams.

Participation in D2D Community Meetings:

• Join and participate in regular D2D Community meetings organized by IT or Global Design, delivering insights from NBS user interactions.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Design Services to communicate new D2D and Label Info enhancements to all NBS Center users.

What will make you successful

• Minimum 4+ years agency or in-house experience managing the graphic chain of packaging design and/or artwork projects from development to files to printer

• Ideally experience managing end-to-end of packaging projects, including collation of label information

• Experience working with digital workflows, DAM, and document management

• Experience training teams in packaging projects (tools and processes). Highly motivated with ability and willingness to share knowledge with peers.

• Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email) with adequate response times

• Managing cultural diversity: respect and ability to cooperate with various cultures in the most effective way
