We are hiring a Product Manager that has Lending & Factoring experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Manager in the O-SIG team, you will apply your industry expertise to provide professional guidance to operationalize B2B lending strategy, embedding lending capabilities within existing Oracle application and facilitating cross-industry adoption

  • Take a lead role in representing the requirements of financial institutions and collaborate with development team product owners to bring new embedded banking solutions to market

  • Construct and manage a comprehensive B2B lending project plan which will include Oracle product teams, Oracle clients, financial institutions/banks, and external partners

  • Inventory a comprehensive set of B2B lending requirements and drive a multi-year roll-out process. Including working with potential partner(s) to integrate respective features into broad Oracle capabilities

  • Work with financial institutions to design, prioritize and integrate banking solutions/products into Oracles embedded B2B wallet

  • Provide direction and input to create pricing structures by market/complexity of product

  • Monitor market developments, competitors, FinTechs, regulatory landscape to continuously enhance and scale up Oracle B2B lending solution

  • Pro-actively relationship manage financial ecosystem (banks and partners to support expected business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • B2B Lending/Receivables Factoring experience is required.

  • Deep understanding and experience of Lending line of business at a global bank including risk management process

  • Implementation or operating experience with commercially available B2B lending solutions (LoanIQ, etc…)

  • Have driven significant program within financial services institution across full project life-cycle (strategy, design, technology implementation) involving process changes, innovation and change management as a consultant or and/or operator within a bank.

  • BS or MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

  • 8 -12 years of related experience.

  • Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products, services, processes and frequently operating at the cutting edge of technology.

US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
