Robert Half Compensation Analyst in Lincoln, Nebraska

Description We are in search of a diligent and meticulous Compensation Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. In this role, you will conduct intricate tasks such as sourcing and recruiting potential candidates, analyzing and managing compensation data, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Your role will be critical in ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates

• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals

• Screen resumes, conduct online/phone interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit within the organization

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding and new hire orientation

• Conduct market research to benchmark company compensation against industry standards

• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices

• Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and recommendations to senior management

• Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures and pay bands

• Review and recommend adjustments to compensation plans and policies to ensure alignment with company goals

• Ensure all recruitment and compensation practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation-related inquiries.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, Bonus Program, Commision Functions, Compensation Administration, Equity Capital, SaaS, SAAS - Software As A Service, SaaS Environment, Paycom, HRIS Database, Communication Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Compensation Analyst role or similar

• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to manage a Bonus Program

• Thorough understanding of Commission Functions

• Experience in Compensation Administration

• Knowledge of Equity Capital

• Proficient in SaaS (Software As A Service)

• Experience working in a SaaS Environment

• Familiarity with Paycom software

• Experience in managing HRIS Database

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
