Our client, a global specialist in energy management and automation, is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Lincoln, Nebraska! This is an onsite position so local candidates are required.
This is a 6 month initial contract with the opportunity to extend or convert
Responsiblities
Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately
Utilize a computer for communication (email/Teams messaging), word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets
Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc.
Prepare reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments
Make appointments and travel arrangements
Process invoices, expense statements and check requests
Assist with special projects as requested
Execute administrative tasks for the plant manager’s staff
Order and coordinate office lunches and plant visits accordingly
Coordinate employee appreciation days and events as required
Support the needs of the plant manager as needed
Required Skills
Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office 365
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
