Job Description

The Community Integration Worker (CIW)/Community Support Worker (CSW)in the BHH program provides an array of services to support adult, children, and families; such as child and adult case management, skill building, service coordination, referral, and supportive counseling. The services are delivered in a variety of home, office, community-based, depending on the client’s needs, including the Behavioral Health Home model. Must have or be eligible for a provisional Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician / Community (MHRT/C) and be able to obtain a full MHRT/C within 2 years from time of hire. Must have a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) certification and be eligible for a full BHP within one year from date of hire.
