An IT Senior Manager at Arvest is responsible for delivering the right products/solutions on time, with the right costs, while ensuring that they adhere to technical and operating standards. They support, influence, and communicate the mission, goals, objectives and practices of the department, technology group, and Arvest. They demonstrate leadership across multiple projects, peer groups, and departments in thought, initiative, responsibility, teamwork, actions, and culture. An IT Senior Manager will also effectively manage relationships with the customer (internal and external), build teams including interviewing, training, and performance reviews, and demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff. An IT Senior Manager is responsible for the financial control and accountability on capital and operating expenses for targeted areas of responsibility.

What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Transform Arvest objectives into strategic plans and goals.

Act as a decision maker for the organization, establish structure and internal processes, define and ensure quality standards.

Develop the financial and resource plans, accountable for managing budgets, including reallocating funding as priorities shift.

Proactively mentor, train and lead a team to continually improve services and support.

Provide guidance to subordinates on complex support issues, establish and implement software patching schedule, server upgrades, software configuration, and vendor software installation.

Create and update the disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Partner with and integrate across other areas of Arvest, collaborating, resolving conflicts, and managing competing priorities, to provide a complete solution.

Ensure projects align to the customers\' business goals, the customer is satisfied with the project and conclusions are met.

Communicate the departmental leadership vision/strategy and manage people and technology to follow that direction.

Monitor metrics, problems & trends in order to determine solutions and required process changes that will make the function more efficient.

Maintain organization\'s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

Responsible for executing functional and business goals for the group. Anticipate process-centric, people-centric, and operations-centric ideas, issues and opportunities to move the business forward.

May develop budget for functional area. Manage budget plan and is responsible for meeting/delivering against budgetary goals and objectives.

Research and recommend new and emerging technologies and services within set budget that will enhance Arvests overall business performance.

Stay abreast of industry leading best practices and brings them to the attention of the leadership team for innovative application. Develop and leverage partnerships (and relationships) with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
