Job Title: Industrial Painter
Shift: 7am -4pm Monday - Friday
Location: Lincoln, Al
Compensation: 20.00 an hour
Job Description overview:
· Surface preparation may include preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
· Duties also involve performing touch-ups, maintaining equipment, and complying with safety regulations and procedures
· Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
· Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards and specifications
· Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
· Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and minimize waste
· Maintains a clean work area.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Work Environment
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Non climate-controlled facility (fabrication Shop)
