12 months Fixed Term Contract

Position Summary:

This project manager role is within the Craniomaxillofacial R&D team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading a cross-functional team to deliver product recertification projects for medical devices in Europe. This individual will drive projects forward in a predictable and expedient manner, while staying accountable to timeline, budget, resources, and risk management.

What you will do:

  • Lead a cross-functional team, including local and global team members, to achieve project deliverables and milestones.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.

  • Develop and manage a detailed project Gantt chart. Analyse critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.

  • Monitor project performance to be able to recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions as needed to deliver on project commitments.

  • Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leadership throughout project life cycle.

  • Adept at team management; selects the right people to the right tasks all while maintaining team morale and recognizing contributions.

  • Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or related subject with at least 3 years of relevant project management experience

  • Experience working on regulatory submissions for medical device or pharmaceutical products an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to lead a diverse, cross-functional team essential.

  • Proven project management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects
