At WTW we are looking for a person with a highly commercially oriented profile for our Health & Benefits team, who enjoys the sales area, prospecting and closing new business with clients. We focus the search on dynamic profiles, with aspirations to grow and the desire to make a difference in the market.
The Role
Work as a team to agree on value propositions for clients
Contribute from the H&B team to the achievement of the business’ commercial goals in the search for new opportunities, either through new clients or cross-selling.
Coordinate meetings, presentations and follow-up with clients and prospects.
Generate reports with commercial information about the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and action plans.
The Requirements
Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related careers.
Minimum experience of 5 years or more in similar positions
Excel intermediate level
Highly commercially oriented profile
Experience in sales area (Desirable)
