Job Summary

We are looking for bilingual talent in order to grow our pipeline for future openings and deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.

Main Requirements

  • At least 18 years old

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience in customer service or call center is desirable

  • Peruvian Citizenship or work permit

  • Full time availability

  • Intermediate to Advance English Skills

  • Strong Computer Skills

Skill Required

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)

  • Ability to communicate effectively & clearly.

  • Ability to read disclosures and financial terminology

  • Communicates effectively in a positive and diplomatic manner.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills (no CS is required).

  • Ability to empathize with the customer.

  • Ability to build and gain the customers trust by listening & understanding, and where possible, exceeding their needs.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze issues and find appropriate solutions for customers' inquiries.

  • Ability to approach problems logically with diplomacy and professionalism.

  • Ability to quickly resolve problems with accuracy.

  • Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient

  • Ability to probe effectively by asking open-ended questions

Technical Skills:

  • Basic PC knowledge.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Skilled in accurate data entry.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming Calls to customer service Lines.

  • Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.

  • Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
