Location: Reineke Ford Lincoln of Lima and Reineke Nissan of Lima  Summary: * Service Advisors assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requests. They help to ensure the vehicle is fixed and maintained properly within a specified time frame. Excellent communication skills are necessary in this position.  *Reports to: Service Manager  Job Duties: Greet all customers promptly; provide timely professional service Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, identifying service needs, resolving customer concerns, and selling additional products when appropriate Properly communicate with customers on the status of the vehicle and explain what repairs are necessary to complete issues Estimate cost and completion time and settles customer accounts Accept payment and provide a summary of repairs Obtain the customer's written approval on all repair orders at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales Create repair orders and follow a suggested schedule to maximize shop efficiency and profitability Inspect every finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility.
