Stericycle Inc Hospital Service Associate in Lima, Ohio
Great Pay & Benefits Pay Rate $ 16.15 an hour This is ONSITE position ! This position requires you to travel within your territory, therefore a personal vehicle is a must. Schedule: Mercy St. Rita- Lima, Ohio (Monday, Thursday) Lima Memorial -- Lima, Ohio (Tuesday, Friday) Mercy Defiance -- Defiance, Ohio (Tuesday) Putnam County Ambulatory Care -- Glandorf, Ohio (1x month) Employee needs to be ok with traveling in between hospital locations. This position will have more than 1 hospital service on Tuesdays each week. This position is a 4 day a week 32-36 hours per week. Heavy lifting, must wear a mask at all times within the hospital. Key Job Activities: • Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Management. • Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded. • Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule. • Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled. • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Education: Required Education: in High School or Equivalent Experience (North America & LATAM): • Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or GED. • 2+ years of related experience, customer service preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience, • Demonstrate strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations. • May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements. • Must possess a valid driver's license.
