::: {dir="auto"} We are looking for a General Laborer to take up manual labor tasks and support operations in worksites. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who values teamwork and craftsmanship, with a commitment to safety. Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary. :::
::: {dir="auto"} Immediate full-time positions are available with potential for overtime. A company vehicle will be provided for transportation to and from work sites. :::
::: {dir="auto"} MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :::
::: {dir="auto"} Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Handling and transporting construction materials :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Assisting with installing and repairing residential foundations :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Ability to place, spread, smooth, and level concrete :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Assisting with septic installation and repair :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Assisting with general excavation and grading :::
::: {dir="auto"} MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :::
::: {dir="auto"} Minor duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Seasonal snow removal :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Outdoor cleanup (tree, brush, junk removal/recycling) :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Hauling and delivering bulk items (stone, mulch, dirt, etc.) :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Light maintenance and repair of equipment and tools :::
::: {dir="auto"} REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Valid driver's license :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Dependable transportation to shop/home office :::
::: {dir="auto"} • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines for time-sensitive projects :::

::: {dir="auto"} • Willingness to learn new tasks :::
