Hourly Rate: $18.75

As a Sales Executive Trainee , you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

This position will work at multiple sites to include Marriott's Kauai Beach Club, Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club and Sheraton Kauai Resort.

Currently Offering: Up to $10 000 Sign-On Bonus potential*

Qualifier: 1-year minimum RECENT Sales experience in the timeshare industry

Currently offering a $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! $5,000 paid after successful completion of 45 days of employment and $5,000 paid after 6 months of employment. Must be active employee to be eligible. *

Qualifier: Hawaii Resident/Valid Hawaii Real Estate License

Currently offering $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! $2000 paid after successful completion of ninety (90) days of employment. Must be active employee to be eligible.*

***The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $14 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Marriott's Kauai Beach Club in 2024 is reasonably expected to be between $102,135 and $208,816.

As a Sales Executive Trainee , a typical day will include:

  • Answer Owner questions regardingthe use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.

  • Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.

  • Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.

  • Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).

  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.

Guest Experience and Company Standards :

  • Welcome and greet all guestsand anticipate and address their needs.

  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

  • Contribute to team goals.

  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Sales Executive T rainee :

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

  • The incumbentis required tomaintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

  • One-yearrelated experience is preferred.

  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
