In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Supervise the internal execution of the project, for the operations related to the production plant;

  • The IPM deals with the management and the technical part of the projects in order to satisfy the requests and needs expressed by the customer;

  • Ensure that the product is available for inspections and supports team with timely shipment;

  • Support project execution within the defined timeframe;

  • Solve the critical points in a proactive way, guaranteeing the delivery of the product within the time required by the clients;

  • Connect with key functions for production-related audits and it shares with them the project requirements, ensuring timely communication between the various departments;

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production for leading work progress; it acts as a contact point for technical changes;

  • Work closely with Production Planning, Buyer, Suppliers, Value Streams & Quality to ensure project timelines are met;

  • Provide the information needed for corporate project planning, including: delivery times, key achievements;

  • Identify any risks associated with the project and undertake mitigating actions.

  • Handle clients and/or their representatives during local visits and inspections;

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Around 2-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in project management or other relevant field

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field

  • Proficient in English & French

  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel) and preferably ERP system

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; decision making and problem-solving abilities.

  • Results oriented and ability to work independently

  • Ability to understand the technical details.
