Senior Software Engineer

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack React Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex and innovative internal React applications that are revolutionizing the construction industry. You will bring your expertise in React to create user-friendly and efficient software solutions. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from data modeling and API integrations to front-end development and reporting.

What you’ll do:

· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React applications.

· Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other software engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

· Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

· Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices.

· Mentor other engineers and share your expertise.

· Estimate / Track development projects within team

· Lead in maintaining Microsoft SQL database environment.

· Manage developers in the day-to-day performance demands of project requirements

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem.

· Enter all non-project tasks and record time in the helpdesk ticketing system.

· Create new applications as approved by the IT Leadership.

· Create reports based on user requirements.

· Design and implement data models to support application requirements.

· Work to integrate with existing enterprise systems and APIs.

· Develop and maintain integrations between our various tools

Who you are:

· 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on React.

· Deep understanding of React core principles and best practices.

· Experience with popular React libraries and frameworks.

· Experience with testing frameworks.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Experience with data modeling and database design (MS SQL Server).

· Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Tableau.

· Understanding of data integration principles and best practices.
