Pay - $25 - $30

Day shift (12hours)

Direct hire - Company first day!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve processing-related problems on molding cells.

• Determine and implement corrective actions and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with established standards for cycle time, quality, safety, and sustainability in molding processes.

• Monitor machine/process operations and maintain documentation to ensure quality standards.

• Follow data and process documentation.

• Utilize analytical and Scientific Injection Molding troubleshooting techniques for continuous improvement.

• Provide continuous floor support by working with support departments such as maintenance, tool room, automation, and engineering.

• Communicate planned and unplanned activities with the process manager and department production monitoring system (Barco).

• Perform lower level sampling as needed by the process engineer.

• Communicate with prior and oncoming shift personnel regarding daily issues.

• Investigate scrap reduction techniques within work cells and improve part capture.

• Collaborate with Shift Leader and Continuous Improvement & Process Manager to brainstorm continuous improvement ideas to maximize productivity and efficiencies.

• Support and maintain all company policies, including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Proficient in Scientific Injection Molding techniques.

• Excellent documentation and process monitoring skills.

• Ability to implement and evaluate corrective actions effectively.

• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

• Excellent analytical skills for continuous improvement.
