We are seeking an individual to monitor ocean/air inbound freight logistics, record and analyze data of these shipments. The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring dates are accurate and up to date for the in-warehouse availability. This person must be data ddrive and have an understanding of distribution/warehousing principles. If you are interested, APPLY HERE. Responsibilities
manage daily inbound/outbound shipments
Review freight through email, external shipping portals, timing containers and adjusting dates and times accordingly, while maintaining bookings and PO requirements
Review invoices for approvals and disputes invoices as necessary
Monitor trends at ports wiht issues and creative ways to move cargo
knowledge of HTS classifications
Understanding Freight carrier contracts
Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc
The essential functions of this role include:
