We are currently recruiting for a full time Night Warehouse Lead at our Spokane produce distribution center. Schedule 4pm-until finished, usually between 8-10 hrs. Saturdays Off! (days and times are subject to change depending on business necessity). The Role We are seeking a hard-working and reliable warehouse lead to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Shipping/Receiving department, be responsible for ccoordination and control of the warehouse employees and assist in directing the daily warehouse work plan. Communicate stock inventory and special requests to the picking team as necessary in both shipping and receiving areas. You would be responsible for warhouse order accuracy, productivity levels and facility maintance. You will assist with warehouse activities coordination under the direction of the warehouse supervisor and train personel to ensure a well-coordinated order picking and shipping plan. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Oversee activities of the nightcrew Update transfers and PO's in the system Monitor email and radio communications Facilitate product transfers and import product set up Maintain cycle counts as needed to resolve Receiving discrepancies Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Core Knowledge/Skills 1 Year riding pallet jack and stand-up forklift experience preferred Ensure the workforce is following attendance, break an dlunch schedules as posted In charge of the recieving department in the absence of the Receiving Supervisor Safety-focused: proper lifting procedures, safely operating equipment used, proper palet stacking, attention to detail to prevent accidents, injuries and/or near-miss incidents Required Experience Ability to work in refrigerated environment, 35 - 45 degrees Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressure Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities Supplemental Information This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
