Insight Global Symplr Functional API Analyst in Liberty, Missouri

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Symplr API Analyst local to Kansas City. The Symplr API Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting our API integrations, with a focus on SQL reporting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication. This role involves 10% SQL reports and data pulling, 50% troubleshooting and supporting new users, and 20% stakeholder interaction - the additional 20% could be training new users, integration work, or project related work.

SQL Reporting and Data Pulling (10%):

Create and maintain SQL reports to extract and analyze data from various sources.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Troubleshooting and User Support (50%):

Assist new users with onboarding and provide ongoing support for API-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to API integrations.

Document and communicate solutions to common issues.

Stakeholder Communication (20%):

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Provide regular updates on API performance and integration status.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve API functionality and user experience.

Skills and Requirements

strong functional understanding of and background with Symplr, specifically the timekeeping and scheduling portions of that application

  Experience troubleshooting user issues and setting up new users

  Experience working with the business stakeholders to understand API requirements, then testing and tracking those APIs to ensure they meet business requirements

  Experience integrating APIs from Symplr into other systems

 Basic SQL knowledge

  Ability to extract/pull data from Symplr, validate it, and generate reports from that data Healthcare background

 Infinium or Computrition software experience

Advanced SQL knowledge/experience null
