Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Accounting Representative *Remote* in Liberty Lake, Washington

Description The Sr Accounting Representative has extensive knowledge of credit balance resolutions, processes, and operating system applications used within the department. They must also have the ability to resolve challenging credit balance workloads based on research, extensive experience and decision-making abilities. This person ensures quality of work is delivered and provides direction to Credit Balance Specialists on accounts that need additional review and assistance. In addition, a Sr Specialist will be assigned to specific workloads that need review for audits, time sensitive focuses, and review refund requests that qualify in delegated authority threshold tiers. This position is required to maintain consistent productivity and quality of work in a challenging, fast paced, and rapidly changing environment. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years Technical role in healthcare, revenue cycle, banking or finance. Track record in organizing and planning with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast paced environment.
