Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely and safe completion. The

successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in electrical systems and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical construction projects from planning to completion

  • Manage and supervise electrical crews, including electricians and apprentices

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and electrical standards

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions

  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets

  • Train and mentor team members

  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction supervision

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

  • OSHA certification and thorough understanding of safety protocols

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
