Position Summary SURVICE Engineering is actively interviewing qualified candidates for a Software Developer role to support our Pax River Operation located in Lexington Park, MD.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and integrate software applications for avionics, mission system, and aerodynamic models for aircraft simulators
- Develop new code using C/C++ in a Windows and/or Unix environment
- Test and integrate a wide variety of both new and existing software applications
- Work with the government customers and engineers to understand the needs of the mission and deliver high quality results
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and three (3) to five (5)+ years of directly relevant software development experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years programming C and C++ in a Windows and/or Linux/Unix environment.
- U.S. Citizenship Required. Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Some travel may be required
