KBR is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team. As a part of one of the world’s largest independent logistics organizations supporting both US Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining a highly talented and experienced KBR Logistics team providing FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs. As a winner of the National Logistics Contract, the selected applicant will work within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO) composed of government, military, contractor and industry personnel while supporting FMS logistics projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides logistics support to the government by assisting with the development of pre-case, initial, and sustaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for FMS cases.

  • Addresses issues of complexity and significance beyond generic logistics requirements and provides research, analysis, and recommendations to senior personnel.

  • Sanitization and modification of Technical Publications prior to release to the government and foreign customer.

  • Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs), ILS reviews, meetings, conferences, briefings, training events and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS/OCONUS to perform ILS analysis in support of specific FMS cases.

  • Supports program efforts, including the analysis of special FMS logistics issues and requirements for major weapon systems programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Education & Experience (+Substitutions)

  • BS/BA from an accredited US university or college and 3 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning.

  • AA/AS from an accredited US university or college and 7 years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, lifecycle management, analysis, or planning.

Technical Expertise/Skills:

  • Candidate must have experience with military aviation technical publications.

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity working with Technical Manual Application System (TMAPS), Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDRs) and Foreign Distribution Requirements Listing (FDRLs) is desired.

  • Ability/experience to sanitize and edit technical manuals.

  • Experience with technical writing is desired.

  • Must be able to operate effectively at remote work sites without direct supervision.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: $81,820-122,000. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
